I am working with Big 4 Consultancy, who are looking for a Legal & Regulatory Expert to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the institution in achieving alignment with both regional and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and harmonize rules, policies, and guidance related to market conduct, issuers, and listed companies.
  • Act as the primary legal liaison with institutional leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage consultation materials, representing the institution in legislative and joint committees.
  • Ensure regulatory coherence and compliance with regional and international standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in legal and regulatory advisory within financial services or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of market conduct, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Financial services experience.
