Senior Machine Learning Scientist – GenAI Applications

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to design, develop, and scale GenAI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents. In this role, you will work on LLMs, recommendation systems, conversational AI, and multimodal ML solutions to improve customer experiences across search, planning, and personalized product journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and Generative AI models.
• Develop scalable AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, CV, and agentic architectures.
• Analyze model performance, experimentation metrics, and data quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deploy production-ready ML systems.
• Build reusable, scalable, and high-quality ML frameworks and pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and/or Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
• MSc with 3+ years or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience in ML/AI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
