MARKET MANAGER – HOTEL ACQUISITIONS – Global Travel Platform

Salt is partnering with a leading global travel and accommodation platform to recruit someone that is equally passionate about their business expanding their hotel supply. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the successful candidate will expand the supply of both acquiring high-quality hotel inventory and managing the partnerships.

What will you be doing?

• Hunt and win high-quality hotel inventory
• Build and convert a strong pipeline of leads
• Negotiate and land strategic B2B partnerships
• Drive market expansion across established & emerging regions
• Elevate host performance and optimise portfolio value

What you bring:

• 4+ years in sales / BD / partnerships (hotels, SaaS, OTA or marketplaces)
• Proven deal closer, have established strong partnerships with strong negotiation skills
• Data-driven and commercially sharp
• Thrives in fast, high-growth environments
• CRM savvy (Salesforce ideal)
