Salt is hiring a ‘Marketing Manager’ to drive product marketing strategy across APAC, ensuring regional needs are aligned with global product roadmaps. You lead cross-functional planning, execute scalable growth experiments, and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that drive education, engagement, and adoption. You combine deep market insight with data-driven decision-making to influence product direction, launch strategy and long-term growth.
This is a one-year contract role based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Regional & Global Alignment
- Lead multi-market coordination to align APAC requirements with global product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication, tracking, and execution across regions.
- Influence global stakeholders to prioritize regional needs within resource-constrained environments.
Product Marketing Strategy
- Act as a subject matter expert on products and features, informing product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Define product value propositions, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives tailored to regional audiences and channels.
- Drive positioning and launch strategies for new products and features, from market sizing through execution.
Marketing Planning & Operations
- Consolidate regional budget requests and goal-setting data to support annual planning and global advocacy.
- Drive marketing planning sessions with regional and functional teams to prioritize initiatives, define target audiences, and align on OKRs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for rapid growth experiments and pilots, coordinating between local execution teams and global marketing operations.
Campaign & Lifecycle Marketing
- Plan and execute medium to large-scale integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Leverage CRM and retention toolsets to support lifecycle marketing initiatives, including churn prevention and user engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize execution, and report on qualitative and quantitative outcomes.
Insights, Research & Analytics
- Develop and synthesize user, market, and industry insights to inform product development and marketing strategy.
- Independently scope, manage, and guide user research using internal and external partners.
- Define, track, and evaluate key business and product metrics, including market size, revenue opportunity, and user growth.
Content & Enablement
- Independently create and iterate marketing content aligned with product strategy and brand standards.
- Partner with cross-functional and production teams to deliver high-quality, scalable marketing assets.
- Educate internal stakeholders and marketers on product capabilities, market context, and strategic opportunities.
