About the Role
Our client, a multi-portfolio holding company operating across the GCC, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager – Brand Strategy to own brand marketing planning across a diverse group of businesses.
This is a rare opportunity to shape brand direction at a group level going beyond executing campaigns for a single entity to build a marketing playbook that spans multiple portfolio companies, each with distinct audiences, positioning, and commercial objectives. The successful candidate will act as a strategic connector between group leadership and individual business units, ensuring brand coherence while allowing space for each business to speak to its own market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop brand marketing strategies and annual marketing plans across portfolio companies
- Ensure brand consistency at the group level while tailoring positioning and messaging per business unit
- Partner closely with group leadership and portfolio company teams to align on marketing goals and priorities
- Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and campaign performance across multiple brands
- Act as the strategic link between group vision and business-unit execution
- Monitor and report on brand health and campaign effectiveness across the portfolio
- Identify opportunities for shared marketing efficiencies and best-practice sharing across business units.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally gained across multiple business units, a group structure, or a holding company environment
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute hands-on when needed
- Solid GCC market experience, with an understanding of regional consumer and business dynamics
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align senior leadership and business-unit teams
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-brand campaign delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
