Role purpose
Coordinate marketing production and traffic across Brand, Creative, and Digital teams. The role ensures briefs are complete, work is scheduled realistically, resource capacity is visible, and deliverables reach stakeholders on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

Traffic and workfl ow management
● Maintain a live view of incoming briefs, active jobs, priorities, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
● Run regular traffic reviews, route work to the appropriate internal or external resource, and flag capacity conflicts early.

Brief quality and production planning
● Review briefs for objective, audience, scope, timing, approvals, and required inputs before work begins.
● Develop production plans for campaigns, presentations, events, content shoots, and multi-asset deliverables.

Resource and supplier coordination
● Track Creative team capacity, freelance support, agencies, and production partners.
● Coordinate estimates, schedules, bookings, purchase orders, and supplier deliverables, and maintain preferred-supplier information.

Quality approvals and asset delivery
● Maintain approval routes, localisation requirements, version control, and final handover requirements.
● Check final assets against briefs and technical specifications, and support post-production reviews.

Reporting and improvement
● Report on throughput, cycle time, utilisation, rework, late briefs, and delivery performance.
● Identify recurring causes of delay and support service-level agreements, briefing standards, automation, and production playbooks.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, production, project management, or a related discipline.
● Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable.

Required experience
● Four to seven years of experience in marketing operations, creative traffic, studio production, agency project management, or content production.
● Experience coordinating a high volume of creative and digital deliverables is required.
