A leading wellness and beauty brand are looking for a Head of Retention to join the business at an impressive stage of growth. You will lead all things CRM for the business and will be tasked with building a high performing CRM team.

This DTC brand have been performing brilliantly over the last 5 years and are now looking to take the next step in their journey.

This is a strategic position and you will work closely with the Head of Digital and Marketing Director to create an awesome global CRM & Loyalty strategy.

Responsibilities

· Design and deliver a Global CRM strategy

· Manage and create a loyalty programme to reward customers

· Work with Digital, Marketing and Operations to continuously improve the end-to-end customer experience

· Ensure members/ customers remain engaged throughout their post purchase lifecycle

· Create, own and develop a new referral programme

· Lead and manage the CRM and E-Marketing teams, providing leadership, motivation and development

· Lead relationship with agency partners and identify new partnership opportunities.

Experience

· Experience in CRM/ Retention roles ideally within retail/ecom/DTC/ subscription brands

· Experience managing teams

· Strong Loyalty background

· Ideally educated to degree level
