National Sales Manager – Retail

Salt is hiring a National Sales Manager based in Auckland:

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business acquisition across the heavy machinery & MHE market.
• Lead, mentor & motivate a great team to consistently hit their sales targets.
• Be on the road 90% of the time-meeting customers, identifying opportunities, and building long‑term partnerships.
• Create and execute national sales strategies across retail customer segments.
• Build brand presence in key markets through proactive, hunter‑style engagement.
• Work closely with senior leadership, including the GM, to drive transformational growth.

• Heavy machinery / forklifts / MHE experience is preference, or supply chain / logistics background
