Oracle C2M Lead Solution Architect

My client is looking for an Oracle C2M Lead Solution Architect to design and govern Customer to Meter (C2M) systems for a leading utilities organisation. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations with ERP systems, digital channels, and payment gateways.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design for C2M systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements early in the design phase
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP, digital channels, and payment gateways
• Enforce PCI DSS compliance and secure data exchange protocols
• Collaborate with QA and IT Operations to ensure NFR coverage and deployment readiness
• Maintain architecture repository updates and engage in solution lifecycle governance

✅ Required Skills & Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of CIS/CX platforms, payment integration standards, and API design
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, encryption standards, and performance optimization
• Experience with customer experience design principles and digital channel integration
• Strong architectural and governance capabilities
