Oracle Cloud Finance Solution Lead

A leading global consultancy is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Solution Lead to join a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme in Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Oracle Finance professional to take ownership of solution design and delivery across complex Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, working closely with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end functional design across Oracle Fusion Financials
• Drive requirements gathering workshops with business and finance stakeholders
• Design financial accounting processes, controls, and reporting structures
• Define Chart of Accounts (COA), accounting rules, and period-close processes
• Collaborate with integration teams on system interfaces and data flows
• Support testing, reconciliations, cutover activities, and go-live readiness
• Act as the primary Finance Solution Lead across the programme
• Engage with Finance, IT, audit, and business teams to ensure successful delivery

Required Experience:

• 12+ years of Oracle Finance consulting or implementation experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Experience across modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Property Management, and Expenses
• Deep understanding of COA design, Subledger Accounting (SLA), multi-currency environments, tax, and financial processes
• Knowledge of integration approaches including REST APIs, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills
• Proven experience leading Oracle Finance workstreams on enterprise-scale programmes
