We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect to join a major ERP transformation programme in Riyadh.
This role is suited to a senior Oracle Finance specialist with strong end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience, the ability to lead solution design, and the confidence to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects and Tax.
- Support the definition and execution of the ERP technology roadmap, including standards, governance and future-state planning.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and provide future-state recommendations.
- Map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality and develop solutions for any gaps.
- Create functional process and solution documentation aligned to business needs.
- Lead and support CRP, SIT, training and UAT activities with onsite and offshore teams.
- Advise clients on solution options, risks, dependencies and impacts across other systems or processes.
- Support incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis and high-severity issue resolution.
- Contribute to pre-sales activity where required, including solution input, estimates, proposals and statements of work.
- Drive finance process optimisation, improving efficiency, reporting, data quality and overall business performance.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of overall experience within ERP / Oracle environments.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Consultant, Solution Architect or similar senior role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and cross-track dependencies.
- Experience with business process transformation is essential.
- Knowledge of EPM Cloud, AFCS or wider Oracle Cloud applications would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with offshore teams and supporting large-scale client delivery.
