We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM SME with a strong techno-functional background to
support SCM reporting, data integration, migration, and analytics initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory
Management, Order Management, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, and Costing, along with strong SQL
and data mapping capabilities. Experience in source-to-target mappings, ETL/ELT processes, reporting
requirements gathering, and data warehousing concepts is essential. Exposure to HRMS, Project
Management, and Primavera modules will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary functional authority for Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, and Costing.
* Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document SCM reporting requirements
including KPIs, operational dashboards, regulatory reports, and management information packs.
* Translate complex SCM business processes into structured functional specifications for
integration and reporting design.
* Facilitate workshops and working sessions with finance, operations, and procurement teams to
validate reporting scope and data requirements.
* Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive Source-to-Target (S2T) mapping
documents covering Oracle Fusion SCM data objects including tables, views, OTBI subject areas,
and BICC PVO models.
* Maintain complete data lineage documentation to ensure traceability from Oracle source
systems through transformation layers to final reporting outputs.
* Collaborate closely with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipeline design and ensure S2T mappings are
implementable within integration platforms such as Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
* Define and document business transformation rules for SCM data including:
o Unit-of-measure conversions
o Currency normalization
o Status code lookups
o Supplier hierarchies
o Item classification mappings
o Inventory valuation logic
* Support the design and development of SCM analytical reports and dashboards including:
o Procurement spend analysis
o Inventory aging reports
o Supplier performance reporting
o Order fulfillment analysis
o Supply chain cost reporting
* Define SCM reporting data models including:
o Fact tables (purchase orders, goods receipts, shipments, work orders)
o Dimension tables (supplier, item, warehouse, cost center, project)
o Bridge and aggregate layers
Job Requirements:
* Possess 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, with deep expertise across two or more modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM data models including transactional
tables, lookup codes, flex fields, and multi-org structures.
* Have proven experience in gathering and documenting SCM reporting requirements within
enterprise implementation or migration projects.
* Be proficient in SQL with the ability to independently write and review extraction queries against Oracle Fusion SCM schema objects.
*Possess working knowledge of data warehouse/data lakehouse concepts including:
o Star schema
o Dimensional modeling
o Fact-dimension relationships
o Slowly changing dimensions (SCDs)
* Have experience producing Source-to-Target mapping documentation for ETL/ELT projects, data migration initiatives, and integration workstreams.
