We are partnering with a leading global technology consulting organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across the Middle East. As part of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Lead to join a major enterprise implementation programme in Riyadh.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering complex transportation and logistics solutions for a high-profile client, working alongside international teams and industry-leading Oracle experts.
The Role
As the OTM Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management Cloud implementations, from solution design through to deployment and post-go-live support. You will act as the functional SME, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable transportation management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud) implementation projects
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support
- Configure and optimise transportation planning, carrier management, and shipment execution processes
- Design and implement rating structures, multi-leg and multi-stop itineraries, shipment planning, and invoicing solutions
- Oversee OTM performance tuning, automation agents, and UI customisation
- Lead integrations between OTM and Oracle Order Management (OM), Inventory, and other Oracle SCM applications
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate technical and development teams throughout project delivery
- Support Agile delivery methodologies and best practice implementation approaches
Required Experience:
- 14+ years of Oracle Supply Chain and Logistics experience
- Proven experience leading at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Transportation Management Cloud implementations
- Strong expertise across:
- Transportation Procurement
- Transportation Order Management
- Carrier & Rate Management
- Fleet & Driver Management
- Order & Shipment Planning
- Shipment Booking & Tendering
- Visibility & Event Management
- Freight Audit & Payment
- Transportation Analytics & Reporting
- Business Intelligence & Documentation
- Experience integrating OTM with Oracle OM, Inventory, and wider SCM solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within multicultural, enterprise-scale environments
- Previous experience leading functional and technical delivery teams
