OT Cyber Security Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end OT security programs across industrial environments. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ICS/SCADA ecosystems, a deep understanding of OT cyber-risk, and a proven track record of managing complex deployments, assessments, and transformation projects across multiple sites in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for OT cyber security initiatives across multiple industrial sites.
• Lead planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, security teams, vendors, and integrators to ensure seamless implementation.
• Oversee deployments of OT security platforms
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, and maturity assessments aligned with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCA-OTCC, SAMA CSF and other regional standards.
• Supervise development of policies, procedures, network architecture reviews, and cybersecurity hardening plans.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation including SOWs, project plans, progress reports, and governance frameworks.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between technical, operational, and business teams.
• Monitor project risks, mitigation plans, compliance milestones, and KPIs.
• Support incident response readiness, tabletop exercises, and OT security drills.
• Ensure all OT systems and upgrades meet regulatory, safety, and cybersecurity requirements in KSA.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-10+ years of experience in OT/ICS/SCADA security, engineering, or industrial cybersecurity projects.
• Strong understanding of ICS architectures (Purdue Model), ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA), PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Proven experience delivering OT cybersecurity programs in energy, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, aviation, or critical infrastructure..
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
• Experience working with KSA regulations (NCA, SAMA, NESA, PDPL) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 certificates are an advantage.
