We’re partnering with a market-leading global fintech to find a Paid Search Manager who can drive customer acquisition across the UK & Ireland. This is a hands-on role managing significant budgets across Google, Microsoft and emerging search platforms, combining performance marketing excellence with experimentation, analytics and AI-driven innovation.

You’ll be responsible for scaling acquisition, optimising to commercial outcomes, running incrementality and geo-testing programmes, and working closely with SEO teams to maximise search performance across the funnel.

We’re looking for a commercially minded search specialist with a proven track record of growing performance at scale, a strong grasp of attribution and measurement, and a passion for using data and AI to unlock new opportunities.
