The Role
We are seeking a Senior PPC/SEA Manager to manage a multi-million-pound monthly ad spend. Joining our performance marketing team as a senior Individual Contributor, you will focus on bottom-of-the-funnel, transaction-driven acquisition across major EU markets and our expanding North American footprint.
Your core objective is to hit user acquisition targets while maintaining strict budget efficiency. You will own strategy and execution for Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing, ensure data integrity, and spearhead our expansion into new paid social and video channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Ownership: Architect, launch, and optimize end-to-end paid search campaigns with 6-figure monthly budgets to hit user acquisition targets and ROI.
- Tracking & Analytics: Manage and troubleshoot tracking infrastructure (GTM, GA4, server-side tracking, pixels) to ensure flawless attribution and data integrity.
- Channel Expansion: Diversify our acquisition mix by testing and scaling profitable, conversion-focused campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Mobile Apps, and other emerging channels.
- Continuous Optimization: Leverage advanced analytics to run tests on creatives, copy, and bidding strategies, turning data insights into actionable improvements for CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
- Global Scaling: Lead campaign rollouts and localization efforts across major EU markets and spearhead growth in North America.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing accounts, with a proven history of managing 7-figure annual budgets.
- Languages: Native or full professional fluency in both French and English is strictly required.
- Performance Focus: A strong background in direct-response, bottom-of-the-funnel marketing. You prioritize tangible transactions and revenue over top-of-funnel metrics.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of tracking mechanics, including GTM, GA4, pixel deployment, and modern attribution models.
- IC Mindset: You are a senior strategist who still enjoys hands-on execution, taking total ownership of your campaigns directly on the platforms.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Fluency in French will be greatly appreciated; other major EU languages a plus.
- Established contacts within Google (Account Managers, Industry Heads) to help expedite support and unlock beta features.
- Proven experience scaling transactional campaigns in the North American (NA) market.
- Previous experience in a venture studio, agency, or fast-paced tech start-up.
