PR Account Executive

I am currently working with a well-established PR and communications agency in Dubai that is looking to hire a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stage of their agency career who is looking to build strong foundations across media relations, client servicing and campaign execution.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will support the wider account team across a portfolio of lifestyle, corporate or consumer brands. You will play a key role in day-to-day client servicing, media outreach and campaign coordination.

This is a hands-on role where organisation, proactivity and strong writing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the day-to-day management of client accounts
• Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents and reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media across the UAE
• Coordinate media requests, interviews and coverage tracking
• Assist with event coordination and activations where required
• Conduct media monitoring and prepare coverage reports
• Support senior team members with research and new business materials

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience within a PR or communications agency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience drafting press materials and media outreach
• Understanding of the UAE media landscape
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident, proactive and eager to learn
• Arabic is a plus but not essential, depending on the client portfolio
