PR Account Manager – Luxury Hospitality/F&B

Our client, a boutique PR agency renowned for its work across the luxury and lifestyle sectors, is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their Dubai team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in luxury hospitality and F&B, with proven experience managing premium client portfolios and delivering best-in-class communications campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day client management across luxury hospitality and F&B accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that drive awareness and elevate brand positioning.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships across lifestyle, hospitality, and F&B sectors in the UAE and wider GCC.
• Craft compelling press materials, story angles, and content tailored to luxury audiences.
• Manage press events, influencer activations, and partnerships to deliver measurable impact for clients.
• Supervise junior team members, ensuring quality output and professional development.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide strategic counsel to clients, and present regular reports and insights.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in PR, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing luxury hospitality, restaurant, or F&B clients in the region.
• Strong local media network across lifestyle, food, and hospitality publications.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and client servicing skills.
• Confident, proactive, and passionate about luxury and lifestyle communications.
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.
