PR Manager

We are partnering with a leading integrated communications agency in Dubai that is looking to appoint an experienced PR Manager to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys delivering impactful PR campaigns for a diverse portfolio of well-known regional and international brands. The role will see you leading media relations, developing strategic communications plans, and collaborating closely with social, influencer and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

The Role

As PR Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of PR strategies across multiple client accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving earned media opportunities, nurturing strong media relationships across the UAE and GCC, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, identify compelling stories, and execute creative communications strategies that enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated PR campaigns across a range of sectors.
• Develop strong relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters and key media contacts across the UAE and wider GCC.
• Secure high-quality earned media coverage through proactive pitching and media engagement.
• Produce a variety of written content including press releases, feature articles, executive profiles, award entries, speeches, media kits and briefing documents.
• Support the planning and execution of launches, media events, press briefings, influencer activations and corporate events.
• Collaborate with internal social media, digital and influencer teams to deliver fully integrated communications campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse campaign performance and prepare client reporting.
• Identify thought leadership opportunities for senior stakeholders and client brands.
• Provide communications support during reputation management and crisis situations when required.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through excellent consultancy and account management.
• Support and mentor junior members of the PR team.

About You:

• 4-7+ years’ experience within a PR agency or communications environment.
• Strong network of media contacts across the UAE and GCC.
• Demonstrable success in securing earned media coverage across business and consumer publications.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic would be an advantage.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Strong client management and presentation skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy agency environment with competing deadlines.
• Experience managing media events, launches and press activities.
