Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Microsoft pre-sales and solution-shaping activity across the Middle East.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges, technology priorities and transformation objectives.
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, commercially viable and technically credible Microsoft solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops, technical presentations, solution demonstrations and executive briefings.
- Develop end-to-end propositions across Azure, Data and AI, Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, cybersecurity and cloud transformation.
- Coordinate architects, subject-matter experts, industry consultants and delivery leaders throughout complex pursuits.
- Define solution architecture, delivery approach, implementation roadmap and high-level operating model.
- Support the development of proposals, statements of work, effort estimates, pricing assumptions and commercial models.
- Ensure proposed solutions are technically achievable, appropriately scoped and aligned with regional and global delivery capabilities.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies and assumptions before commercial commitments are made.
- Support account teams and the Microsoft alliance function in developing joint opportunities with Microsoft.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft account executives, solution specialists, technical teams and regional leadership.
- Lead technical responses for major bids, tenders and requests for proposal.
- Support contract negotiations by clarifying solution scope, delivery obligations and technical commitments.
- Maintain involvement through mobilisation to ensure continuity between pre-sales and delivery.
- Develop reusable solution assets, methodologies, accelerators and reference architectures.
- Mentor and develop pre-sales, architecture and consulting teams across the region.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Microsoft consulting, solution architecture, technical pre-sales or technology transformation.
- Proven track record of shaping and winning complex Microsoft consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and partner-led sales model.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data and AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Security.
- Experience developing enterprise solution architectures and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of delivery models, programme dependencies, commercial risk and implementation feasibility.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and executive audiences.
- Experience leading client workshops, solution presentations and competitive sales pursuits.
- Strong commercial awareness, including estimating, pricing and proposal development.
- Ability to work effectively with sales, alliance, industry and delivery stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Experience within a leading consulting firm, systems integrator or Microsoft partner.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East technology and consulting market.
- Existing relationships with regional enterprise, government or Microsoft stakeholders would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Middle East.
