Principal Integration Engineer

💰 1,950 to 2,200 KD per month

My client are looking for multiple Principal Integration Engineers to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions across their organization. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight, technical direction, and hands-on expertise to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise technology solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee system deployment, integration, and alignment with the existing enterprise architecture.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering and development teams.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance for future adoption.
• Design services and integrations following industry standards for REST, SOAP, web services, messaging, and API-based architectures.
• Support code deployments and configuration changes across production and non-production environments in line with established procedures.
• Present architecture and solution designs to stakeholders and leadership teams as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise technology development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in enterprise system architecture and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience with solution design, REST APIs, SOAP services, Java, JEE, Spring Boot, OWASP, and API security standards.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern development practices.
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments is a strong advantage.
