Procurement Manager – Russian

Role Overview

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Procurement Manager to join our Construction Department.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement of construction materials for ongoing and upcoming development projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Full responsibility for procurement of construction materials (finishing, structural, MEP, etc.)

* Supplier sourcing (local & international)

* Price negotiation and contract finalization

* Comparison sheets and cost optimization

* Coordination with project managers, engineers, and finance

* Ensuring timely delivery aligned with construction schedules

* Monitoring material quality and compliance with project specifications

* Managing supplier relationships and payment terms

* Budget control and reporting

Required Profile

* Russian-speaking (mandatory)

* 5+ years experience in construction procurement (developer or main contractor)

* Strong knowledge of UAE construction material market

* Established supplier network in UAE

* Strong negotiation skills

* Experience working with BOQs and technical specifications

* Cost-conscious and detail-oriented

* Able to work in fast-paced development environment
