The Opportunity
Working for a well renowned pure play digital business, this role will sit at the heart of a highly visible product initiative, focused on improving how users move through a key transactional journey – from intent to action.
You’ll join an established, high-performing product and design team at a pivotal moment: the product is live, adoption is the priority, and experimentation over the next two quarters will shape its future direction.
This role would suit a Senior Product Designer who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, enjoys working closely with product, engineering and data, and is comfortable designing, testing and iterating at pace.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, experimentation and delivery for a core user journey
· Reduce friction, improve conversion, and design clear “next best actions” that help users progress confidently
· Plan and run experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics and learnings
· Translate customer insights, behavioural data and business goals into elegant, accessible solutions
· Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts and Program teams operating across a matrixed environment
· Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders, including executives
· Contribute to and extend an established design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility and speed
· Design for cross-platform experiences (web, iOS, Android)
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years’ experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences (SaaS highly regarded)
· Strong background in transactional UX and conversion-focused journeys
· Advanced user research capability – from discovery through to evaluative testing
· Excellent product thinking, able to balance speed, quality, scope and risk
· Confident facilitator and communicator, comfortable working with senior and executive stakeholders
· Strong visual design skills and advanced Figma proficiency
· Experience working with design systems and component-based delivery
· Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities
Why This Role?
· Work on a high-profile product initiative with executive visibility
· Join a mature organisation with strong product and design craft, while still building something new
· See the full arc of product development – from experimentation to adoption
· Deliver real, measurable outcomes you can confidently showcase in your portfolio
· Collaborate with smart, pragmatic people who value experimentation, learning and impact
