Product Designer (UI)

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Designer. You’ll lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products and human-led AI experiences. You’ll translate complex user and business needs into intuitive, accessible experiences from information architecture and user flows to high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI strategy across complex digital products and AI-powered experiences.
• Translate research and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Use usability testing and performance insights to continuously improve experiences.
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered design best practices.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative, innovative design culture.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of complex digital products.
• Strong expertise across UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience building or managing design systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
