Product Marketing Manager

Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)

Melbourne (Hybrid)

Full-time | 38 hours per week

A leading global technology and financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager for a fixed-term contract, covering a six-month period.

Role overview:

This role supports product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration and activation for key seller groups. You’ll contribute to go-to-market planning, launches, lifecycle communications and pricing work, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Data teams.

What you’ll do

  • Support go-to-market initiatives across launches, campaigns and lifecycle communications
  • Use market, seller and competitor insights to shape positioning and messaging
  • Support pricing and packaging initiatives, including how they’re rolled out and communicated locally
  • Create and support seller-facing content across web, marketing and sales channels
  • Test ideas, analyse performance and use insights to guide optimisation and prioritisation
  • Track impact using data and insights (yes, we measure things – properly)
  • Jump in to support priority projects as needed

What you bring

Essential

  • Experience in Product Marketing, ideally across acquisition, onboarding or go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data and experimentation to guide decisions
  • Experience supporting pricing and packaging initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence without relying on title or ego

Desirable

  • Experience in technology, fintech or platform-based businesses
  • Exposure to lifecycle communications or seller/customer enablement
  • Postgraduate study or formal training in marketing, analytics or strategy
