We’re partnering with a leading financial services and digital payments organisation on the hunt for a Product Operations Lead to join their growing product team. This role is all about driving stability, clarity, and excellence across customer-facing product operations – ensuring that every process, partnership, and product flow performs at its best.

What You’ll Do

• Align product goals with wider business objectives and performance metrics.

• Drive clarity across business analysis and operational teams, keeping everything running like clockwork.

• Lead and mentor a team of BAs and operational professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Own operational escalation processes (identify issues early, analyse recurring challenges, and implement long-term solutions).

• Manage OEM lifecycle activities, from onboarding and configuration to deprecation and partner management.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology to ensure product delivery and stability.

• Maintain clear visibility of SLAs, risks, and dependencies while communicating updates effectively to all stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, delivery, or product ownership within a fast-paced environment.

• A background working with Agile or Scrum teams.

• Strong leadership and communication skills – able to bring structure, resolve conflict, and build trust.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, with a knack for turning operational chaos into coordinated execution.

• Relevant qualification in IT, Business Administration, or similar.

• Certified Product Owner (CPO) certification is highly advantageous.
