Meta is looking to hire a ‘Program Manager’ who will be responsible for leading end-to-end creative and marketing projects across multiple initiatives, acting as the main point of contact for partner agencies, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role involves program planning, resource management, prioritizing competing needs, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on strategy, and with measurable impact.
This is a 6-months contract role based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Program Management
- Manage creative and marketing projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner agencies and key stakeholders.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans while ensuring creative and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to execute projects efficiently.
- Prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage large-scale programs with multiple deliverables from concept to completion.
- Ensure media and creative best practices are followed throughout the creative development process.
Planning
- Support project prioritization based on business impact, company goals, and available resources.
- Contribute to marketing creative planning, particularly for in-product experiences across Meta’s platforms.
- Identify challenges or opportunities in marketing and advertising creative strategies.
- Develop resource plans and coordinate teams across multiple initiatives.
- Propose innovative solutions and advocate for new creative approaches.
Partnerships
- Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns meet strategic goals and drive measurable impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creative, production, and agency partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital product marketing environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with teams such as media, research/planning, and analytics.
- Experience managing marketing or product campaigns, including creative development aligned with strategy.
- Familiarity with campaigns involving live action, digital, and animation.
- Experience delivering campaigns on Meta platforms is a plus.
- Experience in global or regional campaign transcreation.
- Native-level fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with regional stakeholders.
