About the Role
The organisation is rolling out new core banking capabilities to support its correspondent banking division.
As the Technical Project Manager, you’ll coordinate group-wide technology projects, ensuring seamless execution, transparent communication, and measurable outcomes for both internal stakeholders and customers.
This role suits someone who thrives in environments where technology, finance, and operations intersect.
Key Responsibilities

Drive delivery: Remove obstacles, align stakeholders, and maintain momentum to ensure milestones are met.

Understand business needs: Analyse requirements and identify multiple pathways to success, progressing them in parallel to maximise speed.

Technical reasoning: Build working knowledge of the company’s tech stack, collaborate closely with engineers, and help spot challenges and opportunities.

Agile project management: Maintain a structured backlog, prioritise effectively, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver in the right order.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Experience in FinTech, payments, or middle-office banking systems.

Degree in finance, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent technical field.

Solid understanding of software development practices, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
