QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) – Fintech

Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms? Join our dynamic and innovative fintech team as a QA Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in shaping a greenfield project from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute both manual and automated test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UI testing
• Ensure the quality and usability of web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira
• Contribute to the automation framework and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities
• Develop and maintain test documentation (test plans, checklists, bug reports)
• Uphold quality, security, and accessibility standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong experience in both web and mobile app testing
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman (REST/gRPC)
• Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for writing automated tests
• Experience with test case management systems and Git
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
• SQL knowledge for backend data validation
• Awareness of accessibility (a11y) and cross-browser compatibility
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
• English – Intermediate level or above
• Background in banking or fintech is a strong advantage
• Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
