We are seeking experienced Testing Engineers to play a critical role in the end-to-end testing lifecycle of a large-scale digital platform rebuild for a leading UAE government organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact program, ensuring the quality, performance, and security of complex digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies aligned with platform architecture and release schedules.
Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases across web and backend systems.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing, ensuring seamless delivery.
Lead QA cycles including penetration, performance, and security testing using industry tools.
Utilize Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG, SonarQube (or equivalent) for automation and reporting.
Track and resolve defects in JIRA or Azure DevOps, collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders.
Actively contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing accurate QA input and reporting.
Support UAT cycles in the UAE, coordinating defect triage and resolution with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in digital platform testing (web and backend), with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
Proven experience in test planning, execution, and documentation of outcomes.
Strong knowledge of tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, OWASP ZAP.
Understanding of security testing practices, including penetration and authentication/authorization testing.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and hands-on with Azure DevOps (or similar).
Experience working in Agile teams delivering in sprint-based models.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
