An innovative FinTech company is looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator to bring brand and growth initiatives to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys being out in the field, and knows how to turn strategy into real-world impact.
You’ll act as the local marketing lead for your region, working closely with sales, growth, and central marketing teams to roll out campaigns, activations, and merchant initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Roll out and localise national marketing and go-to-market campaigns within your region
- Coordinate and execute in-store branding, merchant launches, pop-ups, and consumer activations
- Support sales and merchant teams with on-the-ground marketing initiatives and campaign enablement
- Manage the production and distribution of regional marketing materials and signage
- Build strong working relationships with merchants, partners, landlords, and local stakeholders (Account Management)
- Represent the brand at regional events, partner activations, and promotional opportunities
- Track campaign performance, gather field insights, and report on results and learnings
- Collect testimonials, feedback, and activation proof to support future campaigns
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing coordination, field marketing, brand activation, or regional marketing role
- Hands-on experience delivering in-person marketing initiatives, events, or activations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with a people-first, relationship-driven approach
- Experience working with suppliers, partners, or agencies
- Proficiency in marketing and design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Experience within fintech, payments, retail, or tech-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
