Business Development Manager | Pump Industry
Do you know your circulator pumps from your pressure boosters? Can you talk flow rates, systems, and solutions without Googling it? Then we might want to talk to you.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with strong pump industry experience to help drive growth across the construction, engineering, and building services sectors. This is a role for someone who understands pumps technically but also knows how to build relationships, open doors, and close deals.
You’ll be responsible for developing partnerships with contractors, developers, engineers, and distributors, while growing sales across a respected portfolio of pump solutions. Expect a mix of relationship building, strategic sales, and the occasional technical conversation that goes far beyond surface level.
What we are looking for
* Solid experience selling pumps or pump-related technical equipment
* Strong understanding of water systems, pressure systems, heating pumps, or building services
* Experience working with contractors, engineers, developers, and dealer networks
* Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
* Confident presenting technical solutions and building long-term partnerships
