We are urgently recruiting a highly motivated and passionate Enterprise Renewals Account Manager. This is far more than a renewals role. It’s a strategic customer-facing position where you will become a trusted advisor, driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities and helping enterprise organisations get the most of digital solutions.

The Opportunity!

This is a highly consultative commercial role where customer engagement and strategic thinking are just as important as achieving revenue targets.

What you will be doing!

  • You will be managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers, owning the renewal lifecycle before contract expiry through to successful renewal
  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Operations, you’ll proactively reduce renewal risk, strengthen customer relationships and uncover opportunities for expansion
  • Deliver value-led commercial conversations that drive customer retention.
  • Identify renewal risks early and develop proactive retention strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and overcome complex objections.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM data.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Consistently achieve renewal, retention and revenue targets.

What we are looking for!

  • 3+ years’ experience in Enterprise Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, Technology Sales or SaaS Sales.
  • Desirable to have experience with Saas, Martech, Digital Experience Platforms or Enterprise Software.
  • A consultative and commercially focused approach to customer engagement.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
  • Great ability to influence senior decision-makers.
