Sales Account Manager (UAE Banking)

A global enterprise software vendor is expanding its footprint in the UAE and is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive net new business growth across the banking and financial services sector.

This is a hunter role, suited to a sales professional with a proven background in enterprise software licence sales and a track record of winning new logos within banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive net new logo acquisition within the UAE banking sector
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities into long-term customers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
  • Position and sell enterprise software licences, supported by pre-sales and technical teams
  • Build senior relationships with CIO, CTO, Digital, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement stakeholders
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software licence sales
  • Demonstrated success selling net new business into banks or financial services organisations
  • Strong hunter mindset with excellent prospecting and closing capability
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Confident operating in a quota-driven enterprise sales environment
