About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support revenue growth by engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities. This role sits at the front of the sales process and offers strong career growth in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate the company’s value proposition
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM systems
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales or sales development experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and high-volume outreach
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or MSP sales
Experience working with US-based customers or markets
