Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

The Role:

  • Drive new business sales and grow market share within the construction technology sector.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ConTech, or related industries.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for technology and business growth.

The Package:

  • Base Salary: Competitive, with a strong OTE and uncapped commission potential.
  • Hybrid working with a Dublin base.

The Process:

  • 1st Stage: Initial video interview.
  • 2nd Stage: In-depth sales assessment and presentation.
  • Final Stage: Meeting with key stakeholders.
