Sales Manager – Exhibitions

Our client, a well-established exhibitions organizer, is hiring a Sales Manager to support revenue growth across a portfolio of trade shows. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who can also support junior team members and take ownership of key accounts and territories.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Exhibitor sales & business development:

  • Sell exhibition space to new and existing exhibitors
  • Identify new markets, exhibitors, and sales channels
  • Maintain and grow an active exhibitor database
  • Develop sponsorship and non-space revenue opportunities
  • Support sales promotions and lead generation campaigns

Account management & retention:

  • Manage exhibitor relationships from sale through show delivery
  • Support retention and rebookings for future editions
  • Ensure exhibitor satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Sales operations & reporting:

  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
  • Support floor plan management and exhibitor allocations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to deliver high-quality events

What we’re looking for:

  • 5-7+ years of sales experience in exhibitions, events, or B2B environments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
