Our client, a well-established exhibitions organizer, is hiring a Sales Manager to support revenue growth across a portfolio of trade shows. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who can also support junior team members and take ownership of key accounts and territories.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Exhibitor sales & business development:
- Sell exhibition space to new and existing exhibitors
- Identify new markets, exhibitors, and sales channels
- Maintain and grow an active exhibitor database
- Develop sponsorship and non-space revenue opportunities
- Support sales promotions and lead generation campaigns
Account management & retention:
- Manage exhibitor relationships from sale through show delivery
- Support retention and rebookings for future editions
- Ensure exhibitor satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Sales operations & reporting:
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Support floor plan management and exhibitor allocations
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to deliver high-quality events
What we’re looking for:
- 5-7+ years of sales experience in exhibitions, events, or B2B environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
