We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive commercial revenue for a leading international exhibition, focusing specifically on the Pakistan market. The role will be responsible for developing sponsorship and exhibition sales opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and maximizing revenue from exhibitors and sponsors across key industry sectors.

The position will operate as a key commercial link between Pakistan-based clients and an international event portfolio hosted in Oman, ensuring strong market penetration, strategic partnerships, and high-value participation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in exhibition and sponsorship sales, preferably within international or large-scale B2B events. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, contract closure, and account management. A strong understanding of technology, innovation, telecom, government, fintech, and enterprise sectors will be highly beneficial given the positioning of the exhibition as a leading technology-focused event.

You will work closely with internal event, marketing, and operations teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed seamlessly. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to tailor sponsorship packages that align with client marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive exhibition space and sponsorship sales from the Pakistan market
* Develop and manage a strong pipeline of exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned territories and sectors
* Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and corporate clients
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
* Represent the exhibition at meetings, industry events, and networking platforms
* Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
* Collaborate with marketing and event delivery teams to ensure sponsor satisfaction

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, or media/event sales
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
* Strong network within corporate and enterprise sectors (preferred)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales pipelines
* Willingness to travel regionally as required
