A leading global cybersecurity vendor with a long-standing presence in the Kingdom is expanding its commercial team and hiring a Sales Team Lead to drive growth across its digital security portfolio.
As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding relationships across strategic customers in the Kingdom. You will shape sales strategy, build a strong pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with key strategic customers and prospects.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritise opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling, technically sound presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring strong customer engagement at all levels.
- Develop and execute account and territory plans, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
- Maintain high-quality forecasting and reporting of team and individual performance.
Experience Required:
- 8+ years in strategic account management, business development, or sales within cybersecurity, IT security, or related technology fields.
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
- Strong track record managing complex accounts and engaging senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Arabic speaker with fluent English.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly customer-focused.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
