As part of continued growth, the company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to join the team.


Role Overview:

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with vendors and customers. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to meeting sales targets and enhancing customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all assigned accounts and create growth plans.
  • Identify and research new prospects in key growth markets and technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to enhance efficiency.
  • Support vendor and commercially-led initiatives as required.
  • Engage with all relevant training and educational opportunities.
  • Work with management to achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Create and implement business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Maintain a structured and organised approach to account management.
  • Meet all role-specific metrics and KPIs.
  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions including server, storage, and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales success.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
