My client is a data-driven global media intelligence platform who work with both enterprise and local organisations across a diverse range of industries. They provide PR and communications professionals with the data, insights, and context needed to make better informed business decisions. They offer various media solutions around monitoring, communications, analytics, analysis, market research, content, news alerts, newsletters & reporting tools.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an impressive Sales Development Representative who is looking to go into a closing role. You will be working in a Hybrid environment, 2 -3 days remote, the remaining days working out of their South West London based office.

You will be responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation, qualifying leads, setting up discovery calls and acquiring meetings with prospective customers for the Business Development Managers.

  • Research organizations online, obtain keyperson contact details, to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Assist in maintaining the “Customer Relationship Management” (CRM) implemented by the Company, in addition to keeping an updated pipeline
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Pursue lost clients, conduct competitive intelligence and provide feedback from the market
  • Support the implementation of the marketing initiatives
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the Company products and services
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager


  • Education – BA in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 1 to 2 years in Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Licenses and certifications
  • Physical demand and working conditions
  • Professional office environment.
  • Sedentary work. May involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Day shift, requiring occasional overtime.
