💼 Role: Revenue Growth Specialist for Germany & Austria in Critical Infrastructure

🎯 Mission: Our client, a trusted leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a talented individual to drive revenue growth by partnering with key organisations in Critical Infrastructure. You’ll work closely with clients to address their unique operational, regulatory, and security challenges, ensuring compliance and resilience.


🌟 Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts within the Critical Infrastructure sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned organisations.
  • Deliver tailored, high-quality customer experiences on behalf of our client.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with client goals, risks, and operational needs.
  • Build relationships and identify new opportunities through participation in industry-specific events.

Business Development

  • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s product portfolio, focusing on solutions designed for Critical Infrastructure.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and present solutions that address key sector challenges, such as compliance, operational resilience, and risk management.
  • Achieve year-on-year revenue growth targets through strategic business development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure all activities are logged in our client’s CRM system.

Sales Operations and Process

  • Ensure prompt payment of customer invoices and manage the invoicing process on behalf of our client.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events targeting the Critical Infrastructure sector to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to sector-specific opportunities.
  • Adhere to established sales processes to ensure consistent and effective performance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and objectives set by our client for the Critical Infrastructure sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and within the sector.
  • Promote our client’s reputation as a trusted cybersecurity partner for Critical Infrastructure.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the client’s management team.
