🌟 Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts in the cybersecurity sector across Belgium.
  • Act as the primary contact for all assigned clients, fostering trusted partnerships.
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored customer experiences to meet unique security needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews to align on client objectives, industry developments, and risk management strategies.
  • Attend industry events and forums to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

Business Development

  • Develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio, focusing on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and developments in cybersecurity across Belgium.
  • Present solutions addressing key sector challenges such as compliance, operational resilience, and threat mitigation.
  • Achieve year-on-year revenue growth targets through strategic business development.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure all activities are recorded in the CRM.

Sales Operations and Process

  • Ensure prompt payment of customer invoices and manage the invoicing process.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events targeting cybersecurity clients to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Belgian cybersecurity market.
  • Adhere to established sales processes to ensure consistent and effective performance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and objectives set for the cybersecurity sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external clients.
  • Represent the organisation as a trusted cybersecurity partner for organisations in Belgium.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
