🌟 Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow Tier 1 Financial Services accounts in France.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all assigned clients, building trusted relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular reviews to align on client goals, market developments, and risk management.
  • Attend industry events to expand networks and identify new opportunities.

Business Development

  • Develop expertise in the product portfolio, focusing on Financial Services needs.
  • Stay informed about French market trends, regulations, and cybersecurity developments.
  • Present solutions addressing sector challenges such as compliance, operational resilience, and risk mitigation.
  • Achieve year-on-year revenue growth targets through strategic business development.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure all activities are recorded in the CRM.

Sales Operations and Process

  • Ensure prompt payment of customer invoices and manage the invoicing process.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events targeting the Financial Services sector to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the French Financial Services market.
  • Adhere to established sales processes to ensure consistent and effective performance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and objectives in the Financial Services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Represent the organisation as a trusted cybersecurity partner for French Financial Services institutions.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
