Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Solutions & Managed Services

Location: London (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Understand customer pain points and business needs to position relevant IT solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and pipeline information.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including calls, meetings set, and opportunities generated.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technology solutions to provide value to prospective clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6-12 months of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (preferably within IT, technology, or SaaS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive and tenacious attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to develop a career in IT sales.
