My client is a leading scale-up hotel software business looking to hire a Sales Director for the DACH Market. You will be focusing on the DACH Enterprise and Mid-Market hotel world. Collaborating closely with the Sales Enablement team and other sales leaders within the business to ensure the successful execution of the overall strategy.

The Role

Initially working as an individual contributor who will effectively implement new business acquisitions, sales strategies and tactics to maximise efforts to penetrate new accounts and achieve quota objectives. You will be interacting with a highly diverse set of functions and buys at all levels so it’s imperative to develop an understanding of clients’ businesses, their products, services, customer profile and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS senior sales position experience.
  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Driven to attain revenue/performance growth goals
  • Hunter mentality looking for a challenge
