Sales Operations Analyst / Manager
1 Year FTC – £300 per day
Great opportunity to join one of the largest software companies in the world, working initially on contract, with a view to going permanent when budget arises.
This role is working in a team of 5 Sales Ops Execs who look after the Mid Market AE’s and their Managers.
You will be utilising Salesforce and Tableau to create dashboards and reports, tracking performance against target, pipeline and forecasts.
Working directly with your designated AE’s you will be ensuring their training needs are met and that they are updating records so that you are reporting on up to date data – reported in weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetings.
* Pipeline Management / Forecast Analysis – against YTD quota
* Provide Insights and Analysis – (Salesforce & Tableau)
* Build dashboards for leadership team
* Salesforce training
* QBR’s, territory planning, commission reconciliation etc
Requirements
* Should be well versed in all things Salesforce and ideally Tableau / Power BI
* Have a strong mathematical aptitude & PM skills
* Used to working directly with sales teams – ideally Mid Market AE’s
* 5+ years Sales Ops Experience within the Software sector ideally
