We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Senior Ad Operations Manager to join the team in Frankfurt.
Job Summary:
As a Programmatic Senior Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring efficient campaign execution, and maximizing campaign performance. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of ad operations professionals.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
– Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including campaign setup, ad trafficking, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, sales, and data analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to programmatic ad operations.
– Lead and mentor a team of ad operations professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
– Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage new technologies and tools for improved campaign delivery.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
– Proven experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations or campaign management.
– Strong technical skills and familiarity with programmatic platforms, such as DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers.
– In-depth knowledge of programmatic ad buying strategies, including audience targeting, real-time bidding, and optimization techniques.
– Proficient in ad trafficking, campaign setup, and troubleshooting technical issues.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage client relationships.
– Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and develop a team of ad operations professionals.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Fluency in English
