💼 Role: Revenue Growth Specialist for Stockholm, focused on Defence and Security

🎯 Mission: Our client, a trusted leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a skilled professional to drive revenue growth by partnering with organisations in the military, defence, policing, and security sectors. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to address their unique operational, regulatory, and security challenges, ensuring compliance and resilience in mission-critical environments.


🌟 Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts within the military, defence, and security sectors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned organisations, building trusted relationships.
  • Deliver tailored, high-quality customer experiences on behalf of our client.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with client goals, risks, and operational needs.
  • Strengthen networks by participating in industry-specific events, forums, and defence-focused engagements.

Business Development

  • Gain a deep understanding of our client’s product portfolio, with a focus on solutions tailored to defence and security challenges.
  • Stay informed about trends, regulations, and developments in the military, defence, and cybersecurity landscapes.
  • Collaborate with clients to present solutions that address key challenges, such as operational resilience, compliance, and secure communications.
  • Achieve year-on-year revenue growth targets through strategic sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure all activities are logged in our client’s CRM system.

Sales Operations and Process

  • Ensure prompt payment of customer invoices and manage the invoicing process on behalf of our client.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events targeting the defence and security sectors to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs of defence and security clients.
  • Follow agreed sales processes to ensure consistent and effective performance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and objectives set by our client for the defence and security sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and with sector-specific organisations.
  • Represent our client as a trusted cybersecurity partner for military, defence, and policing organisations.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the client’s management team.
