We are supporting a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme for a global organisation in the healthcare sector, delivered in collaboration with a leading consulting partner.
The programme covers Germany and North Africa and is currently in a critical phase, with a strong focus on stabilising and improving the data migration workstream.
The environment includes SNP CrystalBridge / SNP Data Migration (SMP), with multiple stakeholders involved, including global consulting firms responsible for validation and delivery.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong hands-on SNP CrystalBridge / SNP Migration Platform (SMP) experience to join as a key contributor within the data migration stream.
You will work closely with the data migration lead and support delivery across key functional areas such as Finance, Logistics, and Production/QM, while helping to bring structure and seniority to a team with a high proportion of junior resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and support end-to-end SAP data migration activities using SNP tools (CrystalBridge / SMP)
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Logistics, and Production/QM
* Support and guide junior team members within the data migration team
* Work closely with the migration lead to stabilise and improve delivery within the workstream
* Coordinate with external partners responsible for data validation and quality assurance
* Contribute to improving processes, structure, and delivery quality in a currently challenging project environment
Requirements
* 7-8+ years of experience in SAP data migration
* Strong hands-on experience with SNP CrystalBridge and/or SNP Migration Platform (SMP)
* Proven experience in S/4HANA transformation programmes
* Experience working across multiple functional domains (e.g. Finance, Logistics, Production, QM)
* Ability to operate in complex, fast-moving project environments
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
